Following up on our breaking news post to our Facebook, Twitter, and MySpace pages AC/DC (via Live Nation) have announced that they are postponing their October 1st show at the US Airlines Arena.  We have been told that AC/DC lead singer Brian Johnson recently underwent a procedure and his doctors have told him to rest.

Live Nation would like everyone who has tickets to hold on to them for the moment and they will announce Wednesday a plan of action moving forward.

That’s right folks the Bad Boys from Down Under are making a return to Phoenix on their Black Ice World Tour.  AC/DC will be playing the US Airlines Arena on October 1.

Tickets go on Sale July 18th at 10 AM online at http://www.livenation.com, at all Live Nation outlets and by phone at 1-800-745-3000. Tickets will be $93.75.

Keep in mind that when tickets went on sale the first time AC/DC came through Phoenix, tickets sold out almost instantly.  We would suggest checking out AC/DC’s website for ways to purchase tickets through their fan club.

The Bad Boys from Down under, AC/DC are invading the US once again with their classic shows.  Supporting their new Album ‘Black Ice’ AC/DC will be bringing their madness and mayhem to the US Airways Center on December 10th, 2008 at 7:30 PM.

Tickets are Reserved and will cost $101.18 per ticket.
